Letting fees Starting at 7.5%

Full management fees 15% 

The Management process:

• Expert analysis and valuation of the potential current rental value of a property.
• Assessment of property condition. Ensure the property is presented to its maximum potential.
• Carrying out of remedial works necessary to achieve same.
• Compressive marketing strategy for your property, utilising leading internet portals and local media providers.
• Complete identification, due-diligence, credit worthiness and final selection of the appropriate tenant.
• Implementation of the tenancy agreement. Management of utilities, safety certificates, deposits registration and key holding.
• On-going collection and monitoring of rent, maintaining of property and stringent management of tenants on a 24 hour basis.
• Ensure all running costs are optimised and value for money deliverables achieved through our ‘Up Front’ maintenance policy.
